St Bavo Church

I always shot the outside of this church, so now I went inside.

The floor of the Bavo church is pretty weird as you soon realize you're walking on gravestones. There are about 1500 gravestones altogether covering the entire church floor.

The oldest dates back as far as the fifteenth century. I also spotted the grave of the famous Dutch painter Frans Hals, but I'll go back to shoot that on another occasion when the light is better in that section.
