The sun shone!

It shone very briefly while I was on my walk after lunch. I liked the way it illuminated Haughton Castle. (Pronounced Haw-ton unlike Hums-hoff!)

The morning was grey. We made our way through the morning routine and were slightly ahead of time by lunch.

I walked 2 miles again today and my hip felt a lot freer. My walk was punctuated with short stops to talk to dogs and their owners!

Margret (next door) and Margaret (across the road) both came to visit this afternoon.

I have started to watch One Day to see what all the hype is about. I’m hoping to love it.
