Running after 5 o’clock

It was wonderful to be able to run late in the day and in daylight. Very pleased with my running shoes, performance probably also helped by the zesty New Zealand white I had had at lunch with E and P. A decent 30 minute run punctuated by one stop to get a blip.

The extra is the blip I took much earlier from the balcony when the weather was still a bit grim and I couldn’t imagine going out. Looking down to my neighbour’s garden I spied another rat, a rather large one this time. It’s very tricky, said neighbours are the only ones who are ignoring the request not to feed the birds, they are fragile and I suspect forget.
