Last night Finland selected the representative to Eurovision Song Contest to Malmö. I think the rest of the world (apart from UK who gave it 12 points on our national competition) will be either laughing with us or thinking it's an absolute horror and not us taking the competition seriously. 

But that's just the thing. We don't. Well, some do.But the majority of us just want to have fun and be what we are. A joke. Most of our acts over the years could be considered a joke anyway. 

I have to tell you that this song is composed by a dj and artist (same guy). A family man. He's made the costumes and the props on stage. The singer is a voice actor who didn't even wanna participate at first. This duo met when the dj was looking for a singer for his song.

The windows part has to disappear before Malmö. But this has been his act name for years. I guess they'll figure it out before that.

Tonight we'll select our new president who will start his new job 1st of March. So another exciting evening ahead.

Some people have been voting for Haavisto thinking he'd be a first openly gay President in the world. But Latvia already has one, so that ship has sailed. I think Stubb will win, but I could be wrong. It's the second round and between those two. I'm okay with either one of them as our President. Stubb has been our Prime Minister and Haavisto is our Foreign Secretary.
