Store cupboard cake

I fancied something sweet to have with a cuppa this afternoon and so rustled up this peach and almond sponge cake from store cupboard ingredients (couldn't watch the rugby in the end - my nerves got the better of me!). I'll have to freeze half of it before the two of us polish it off entirely.
