When Archie went out for his first walk with JR, I cut a couple of inches off his cone. This way, it's much more 'comfortable' for him - he can have a drink, and eat his kibble no bother, but he can't lick his wound. He can also walk quite normally while wearing it.

Elizabeth took him out for the afternoon, with instructions to keep an eye on his at all times, and she took the new, short cone with her for use in the house. All good.

JR went to Waitrose to get a few things, and I watched two rugby matches, Both very close games.

Going to try to stay up till at least 9pm tonight...the new iPad covers arrived, and they fit.
