Notes: Woke early again (going to have to stop recording that) and laid there quite awhile before getting a meditation and back to sleep. Quiet morning, watched some vids and then got Carlene's msg about uploading the missing meditation so did that. Decided to try to go to pool then but just got  down the street a bit and knew it was too cool (and too many clouds). Came back in, showered and realized the hives that have cropped up from armpit rashes were growing rapidly and all over chest, back, arms and going up my neck - pretty concerning. Sent Carlene a message and then laid down for a healing meditation (surprisingly stayed awake for it all ... might be the first time). Carlene recommended a healer guy on Facebook then and I contacted him while getting food ready - he did a healing and sent such wonderful words, I was bawling. Streamed some shows in the evening but so tired and crawled in bed at 9p.
