Calm before the storm

Another good day today. In the morning I went to the "Rare Cases" teaching session, where doctors from the different hospital departments can discuss unusual presentations and conditions. As it turned out it was Crohn's disease and sever Dengue- not so unusual for me! The management here is very different though (because of the prevalence of TB)so it was worth going just for that.
I'm just tucking into paneer mumtas (which looks like gruel but doesn't taste bad, just quite sweet) with a fresh mango juice- I'm going to miss these when I leave!
