Upholstery was cancelled today asN had a bad chest infection. I had a lazy start to the day, reading my book and then returned DFs phone call from the weekend before making some spicy parsnip soup. Drove over to Mansfield via Hobby craft - Easter is coming! Seems very early but I suppose people want to start making things. C had just been told she was medically fit and would be discharged, so was very anxious about that. G arrived after about 30 minutes, together with the physio, do I went to get a cup of coffee whilst he worked with C. He was with her for 50 minutes- she said he worked her hard but she really likes him. One of the junior doctors arrived to discuss things with her and G, but I stayed as they asked me too. They have other things to check up on before she can go home, so it’s likely to be early next week. Called in at Dads for a cup of tea on my way home - he has been wood turning again!
