Rio Salado, Tempe Beach Park

We rode the new light rail train into Phoenix to watch the Diamondbacks play the Cincinnati Reds at Chase Field.

This image was captured as we passed over the Tempe Town Lake on the light rail train bridge.

So many new wonders to experience here that have come into being since we left in 1991.

The Rio Salado Project and the renovation of Tempe Beach Park were on the drawing board as we departed.

It is such a kick to come back to enjoy the fruits of all those plans and labors.
