Last mince pie

The last (vegan) mince pie was a welcome afternoon snack on a lunchless day. The accompanying cinnamen were a little stale, but still tasty (made with the left over pastry).

Busy day. The stoves are not heating so well, which I’m hoping is just bad pellets. A new pallet-full was delivered today and stacked in the hall by a very helpful delivery chap, so hopefully once all the old ones have worked through the mechanisms we will hopefully be warm again.

‘We’ is just me and the bunnies as Mr B is off on his travels again.
