RAINY DAY

I have stayed home all day to be safe
from a severe storm that is covering the whole state of California. Which is why
I’ve posted this plant, I recently bought.

A few hours ago
I got a scary FLASH FLOOD WARNING, on my phone, which my friend said was sent to everyone in the crosshairs of the storm.
I’ve gotten those before & know it means to stay off the roads.

It has been raining steady, but not hard;
& the wind is not fierce, yet. Sometimes the wind picks up at night, & the rain might, too.
It will likely rain all day tomorrow, too.

So far, it is not as severe as I thought it would be.
