Nobody sitting on it today, it was a bit windy. Often popular in Spring when oftenthe swans were building a nest in the reeds. I remember speaking to a birdwatching enthusiast last year; he knew a lot more about their habits than I did.

A tree guy we know, (ok tree surgeon and arborist to be accurate!), came this afternoon to discuss some work he’s going to do for us next Monday afternoon and Tuesday. He’s good at his craft and a tidy worker. And hard to get hold of.

6N2024 started this evening. France v Ireland. Red card for France didn’t help. Ireland win. Scotland game tomorrow after our younger son’s game. Need to rush back!
