The accidental finding

Red Margaritas

...that's what we think they are! or maybe Marguerites, though they are usually white. I'd asked CleanSteve if he could trim the overhanging branches along the path at the front of the house, as it was getting impassable. When I got home, I found a work party of one engaged in wholescale cutting back! After I'd finished giving a massage, I helped carry the cut branches down to the back garden. We are planning a bonfire, which will be handy for all my old bank statements! There is still a lot to be done to the garden, front and back, and of course to my study, the project infinity ... but we have started. I am too tired to do any more file sorting tonight, so it will wait. Someone asked me to bring my latest CRB check ( now known as the DBS or Disclosure and Barring Service) check in tomorrow, and I actually knew where it was!

The work situation looks good, following my 'observed playtime session' and chat with the Head, but I threw a spanner into the works by suggesting that I would like to start later in the day on a Wednesday, so I could do Forest School Training (probably unpaid) at a childrens' centre somewhere else. Now I am not sure that I would like that, because it would mean more rushing around and catching buses, and I do a fair bit of that already. I might just drop that idea, so I can get the new contract drawn up.

I am hoping my enthusiasm for taking photos will soon return, though if today's effort is anything to go by... thanks for all your lovely comments and for sticking with my journal through blah and blah.
