Extending the brand

I remember studying this on my first degree. If you have a strong product with good brand awareness you can still look at ways to grow the market. One way is to make another product available that is the first product with a tiny tweak - it leverages the original product's name and status and might pull in some additional sales. Here I'd guess that they've set the slicer blades a wee bit closer together and they've added the red flash to the label, no recipe changes, use the same packaging so no changes to the bottling line. Good business.
