Reflected Arch

Blue sky and sunshine for a change, despite snow lying around. I even felt the warmth of the sun on the back of my legs as I walked. Snow and ice melting in the inlet reflected blue from the sky overhead, making a nice contrast with the sunlit trunks of a fallen willow.

This was a tricky edit because finding ways to separately select the trunk, ice and background snow, was not straightforward. Each requiring its own colour balance and exposure setting to show the seen as I recall it.

Uplifting after all the grey days.
