Caught arriving

at the coconut feeder!  I only put it up yesterday, but as you can see, its been well attended!!   (the other one on the other side of the garden is still quite full - I can't see the attraction of this particular one :))

In the extra, can you see the robin?  He was digging beneath the 'flower' feeder which was full of dried worms for him.

Birds heard on the merlin app today were many - blue tit, starling, great tit, robin, redwing,  goldfinch, gray wagtail, jackdaw, sparrow and of all things a dunnock which I've never seen before -  but I only seem to see the robin, starlings and pigeons in my garden just now!  

Church, where I read the lesson this morning and the speaker was our Moderator today.

This afternoon I spent a couple of hours in the garden whilst the weather seems quite warm for the time of year :)  

I've planted seeds and done some tidying up!  I'll let you know if the seeds come up.  Last year I started a 'gardening' journal, and I write everything in that I've planted, where, when and when they come up, flower :)

In other news, for a couple of weeks I've had a wobbly tooth :(  This morning it became rather painful, and then the filling with a sharp point came out.  The whole area is rather sore, and I still have a wobbly tooth :(:(  So I'll have to ring the dentist tomorrow, and I am really not looking forward to having to spend money on that kind of thing just at the moment :(  (I have two teeth that have been waiting for 2 years to be removed under sedation - and this is the next one on that same side )
