Just One

Starling counted for the RSPB Birdwatch 2024.  I did my hour this morning and got three birds - a robin (normally in a pair, but I didn't see its mate today), a pigeon and this starling.  The two often come together, so I assume they are a pair?

I had the merlin app on but that also only recorded the three...

In other news, I'm a very lucky lady as a friend from church has said her husband will repair my shed roof for me.  She messaged me in the week, and then rang me up this morning to see if they could come round and measure up :)  Hopefully it will be fixed on Tuesday!

And now I need to do a bit of housework, then hopefully I'll do some artwork...

Its a cold day, but at least the sun is out and I got a lovely red sky just before sunrise this morning :)
