Father and son, teacher and pupil
I finished watching a television programme last night and my eyes were watering. This morning it felt like I still had eye strain. I’m wondering if I need to see the ophthalmologist. I have glasses for reading and watching television and they all seem sharp but these days, I don’t seem to be able to look at a screen for more than an hour or so before getting a headache. I wonder if it is staring at a light source that is the problem rather than focusing. Therefore I did not read or look at any screens this morning, but instead went for a walk down to the supermarket and in the afternoon to the tennis courts to chat with those who were there. Ludo was teaching his son to serve and smash. I have been monitoring the National farmers’ action as they are blocking many local and national roads. Early tomorrow morning I have to get past a roundabout down the valley which they often block, so I hope I will be able to pass to get to the tennis match.
