It's Flower Friday!

I received these beautiful flowers from daughter #2 to make up for the enthusiasm of L my cleaning lady on Wednesday, when everything was cleared away not just those flowers that were ready to be recycled!
In other news:  my dear friend A visited today and we managed to put the world to rights while she was here.  I also managed to book a hair wash and blow dry for next Monday: as I usually perform the washing operation over the bath, it will be some time before I can do this for myself, no bad thing I've decided!
