A pattern of sorts

My effort for today's Abstract Thursday does fulfil the brief set by our regular host Ingeborg: 'Pattern'.  This morning I saw my surgeon for my first check up and he took photos of my x-ray at my request, mainly so that I could post a pic on Instagram where I follow a number of people who like myself have had hip replacements.
Having acquired the image, I decided to use it, recoloured to make a pattern for today's AT.  You can't, of course, see the whole image, but you can see the replacement with a screw in it!
