Baked Biscoff cheesecake

It’s Friday so a weekend treat must be produced for the evening meal in our house. Today I tried a new recipe, baked Biscoff cheesecake and it was rather tasty, even though I say so myself. I was amazed that our village shop had an essential ingredient, Biscoff spread. We are so fortunate to have such a well-stocked emporium within a short distance.

Thank you to all who visited my 1460th blip yesterday and left such lovely comments along with a heap of stars and hearts. I was thrilled to bits!
