Today much much larger companies than mine have demonstrated how poor they are at service.
I run an IT Support company, and service is our game. We do it well, and it requires care, and ownership.
Larger corporates become a machine and no one sees the big picture, and you end up going round in circles. Openreach are a prime and serial offender.
