A mini Blipmeet
Here is Mike Slade from Wark whose Blip Journal is called One Day at a Time. He is a relative newcomer to the site and over the last year we realised that we live quite near to each other.
Mike and his wife, Fiona, who is not a Blipper, came here this morning. We drove to Haughton Castle and had a pleasant walk along the road towards Keepershield Farm.
They have seen the castle only from the north of the river North Tyne, on the Barrasford side. I liked the rather dramatic view from below (see extra).
We got on famously and hope to meet again. Here is Mike enjoying a chat with Mum in her lounge.
There was a Tesco delivery here this afternoon.
