Quiet time

If you are looking for quite time the best place to find it is in nature.

The sea, though it is often noisy, offers a great place to get some space. And trees as well.

I was waiting for friends earlier today and had a walk around as I arrived early. These majestic trees were dark and swaying and were really atmospheric. I really enjoyed getting five minutes to walk through them.
