This is a friend of mine, Rash. He got paid off from an IT job seven months ago and decided to convert his garage into a super-clean artisan kitchen.

He works seven days a week, 14 hour days making home cooked curries from his dad's recipes. These are sold at farmers' markets and local shops.

He took a chance, it paid off.
