View from my window

The crepe myrtle is flowering well in the front garden. I went outside today to have a look. 

First up I had a video link with the physiotherapist. That worked well and she could check my exercises and give me a new one to do. I have another appointment on Thursday. The rest of the day was spent getting organised. Managed a shower which was a bit tricky. Bob is great helping putting my TED stockings on. We did an online shop together to save going to the grocery store.

Happy 16th birthday to our eldest grandson Max. 

The discomfort is ok most of the time but the physio is hard. I’m very tired all the time. Haven’t read a word of my book so that tells a story in itself.
