A little light reading

I came home today. What an interesting experience allowing others to take control of your body and mind over the past week. 

I had almost no pain in hospital but it has increased now I’m home - taking less regular pain meds and with all the activity getting in and out of the car etc. I have a diary with all my post op appointments, medications and physio written in. It’s a full time job interspersed with lots of sleep, ice and elevation. I have an anti clot needle to give myself each evening. The blip shows the instructions. 

Nurse Bob is busy looking after me well. He is pleased to have me home.
