I was out of the house by 7.30am to take the 8am service, which was then followed by Messy Church at 9am and Morning Prayer at 10.30am. It was lovely that my friends were able to take part in both 9am and 10.30am services and for others to meet with them too. Sadly, our few days were over all too soon and they had to head home. 

We've had a wonderfully refreshing weekend with lots of laughter. This game will now always be associated with this weekend. It is one they brought and introduced me to and it's great. I look forward to teaching mum. 

This afternoon we had our ecumenical service for the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. After a long day I've had a rest this evening. Storm Isha has arrived this afternoon and the house has been shaking this evening in the wind.
