Rainhill Trials Museum

Saturday 20th January 2024

The weather wasn't kind today, with a lot of rain. We started with a visit and then stopped off at Rainhill Station, place of the Rainhill Trials. We tried to go to the museum, which was housed in this carriage at the back of the library. Unfortunately the library is closing next week and the museum has been closed and the contents removed. 

This afternoon we did a tour of my present and previous parish. This evening we played Skyjo, which saw us laughing so much our sides ached.
