Champagne Charlottes

Three people who came to dinner and weren’t doing dry January!   And also weren’t tee total.   So they were the ones who got delicious champagne whilst the rest of us got stuck into the alcohol free beer or the special, and particularly delicious,  Momo Kombucha that I’ve been buying and drinking.  

Last day that was still and settled before a storm comes tomorrow.  I did Pilates in the morning and then did a bit of gardening and household chores.  

We divided the meal, I did a smoked mackerel pate and used up another Christmas pannetone to make a very delicious bread & butter pudding.  

A very lively and enjoyable evening.
