A Quiet Night In!

Frank made popcorn and said we’ll have a cinema evening!
I switched the telly on to look for a film - every channel says ERROR. 
Frank only managed to fix iPlayer 2 days ago after it said error for the past 2 weeks.
I wonder if it’s the weather…
I had a pleasant day reading, learning words and drawing whilst listening to podcasts with no interruptions! I often listen to podcasts but rarely get halfway through as either the phone rings, Frank ask me something that needs an answer there and then, we have to be somewhere or something needs to be done. Today Frank said why don’t you use my headphones and block everything else out. Now why didn’t I think of that?
So I sat and drew whilst listening to a podcast that https://www.blipfoto.com/greengirl sent me a link to and https://www.blipfoto.com/Eyecatching latest 2 podcasts. 
I prefer listening to people talking when I’m doing anything creative, with music I lose concentration.
The weather here has been horrible,  torrential rain and wind but not as bad as some other places. Our garden is partly under water.
However, we are warm and cosy and I am thankful for that. We are far more fortunate then many other people.
