Belton

We collected the boys from Granny this morning after a beautiful (if very dark!) dog walk at 6am.

The plan was the normal swimming lessons before heading to Belton to meet up with friends. Except the eldest refused to swim as the instructor he was expecting to have wasn't there - and this was a big deal as he went up a group and is daunted by the challenge. The youngest couldn't make swimming at the last minute, so instead we had a coffee with Granny before heading out.

Lovely, lovely time at Belton, we were quite a gang of 5 children and 8 adults. Had a great mosey around and got home mid afternoon  to a rather sad dog, who was very pleased to have company again!

Played with the boys for the rest of the day. Husband and boys headed to bed together, are all asleep in our bed. I might grab one of the boys beds tonight rather than disturbing them.
