Was all ready for the plumber to arrive at 9. He didn’t. Instead I got a text saying he would be a little delayed as his daughter was ill and he was waiting for grandparents to arrive. All fine, except he didn’t arrive at all despite a couple of texts from me that he didn’t respond to. Grrr! Now trying to find someone else- contacted a couple but they didn’t respond. I finally finished the cushion that I started in the summer whilst I waited, and did a couple of admin jobs. Had an early lunch, went to the hairdresser, walked up Lady Bay to return an Amazon parcel , collected my kombucha delivery and went supermarket shopping. Collected the m and s stuff for Foodbank in the evening - lots of flowers!
