And at the Beachfront….

……. In Kaiteriteri……. friends meet to drink their morning coffees and just chat before the busyness of the day kicks in. A heavenly place indeed.
We had torrential rain in the very early hours. I hoped it would cool the day down. It did not. It has been very hot here and extremely muggy. Margaret and I walked a little later from 8.am. I chatted briefly with some folk sitting at the beachfront. It was hot walking, sweat drippingly hot. . Margaret and I walked, with our beach gear, up the hill and over to Breakers Bay late morning. The sea water felt cold at first but was fun to swim in with gentle swells and waves. Blissful.
