The village pond and a Fieldfare

After a very cold night it was a joy to see the sun but it wasn’t warm enough to melt the heavy frost. I threw some apples out for the birds first thing and it was wonderful to see some Fieldfares enjoying them. I only managed to take a very bad photo of one with the blackbirds. See extra. I went to the Charity Lunch but, due to the really cold weather, not very many people came. Still £67 was raised for the Air Ambulance.
