Breakfast with the birds

It’s always enjoyable to look out of the window when I’m eating my breakfast and watch the amazing variety of birds that come on to the terrace. The blackbirds are always first, coming when it’s still fairly dark, followed by the wagtail, the magpies and the starlings. The robin and the chaffinchs arrive latter and last to arrive are the collared doves and the wood pigeons. Sorry for the poor quality of the photos but I was anxious not to frighten the birds away so I didn’t get too close to the window.
