New Zealand Bellbird.....Korimako

Very excited today as snapped a New Zealand
native Bellbird on the old apple tree....a first for me!
They feed on nectar,fruit and insects.
It has the most beautiful birdsong. The Explorer
Captain Cook wrote " it seemed to be like small bells
most exquisitely tuned"..........
