Caerketton Craigs and the T-Wood
Another fine day, but a bit cooler than yesterday. There was a wee bit of ice on untreated surfaces, but not as bad as last week, when I turned around so not to fall. Quieter in the park, not so many kids playing in the park, and fewer dog walkers too. Tried to take a photo of some birds in the woods, but the lens wasn't long enough to capture fine detail. Did a bit of photo editing post morning coffee.
A nice walk up to Swanston in the afternoon. That time of year where heading south see the sun set behind the hills as we get close to them. The shadow covered most of New Swanston on the opposite side of the bypass. One of the Highland Coos near the village had an itch to scratch using the barb wire fence, Extra. No views of mountains today, the west looking rather grey. Even East Lothian, normally sunny, seemed to be getting a wee shower of rain, so getting the best of the weather. Home quite early for a walk, testament to the chilly conditions.
