Itsy bitsy opium pipe

It's not often that your Aunt pulls out an opium pipe.
Steady on though, this is just an antique one that an old neighbour. The old lady died probably 40 years ago in her 90s if not 100s. It had been given to her by her uncle who was involved in something in the far east in Victorian times we think.
Having said that, I have no idea what a teeny opium pipe, or any opium pipe looks like so for all I know this could be a candle snuffer or a hobbit pipe.
