Dennis had a phone appointment with the GP and then an appointment at the surgery. He's to monitor his blood pressure for a week and have blood tests next week.
Steven dropped Norah over in the morning. We had a walk up to the playpark before lunch and she fell asleep on the way back.
Steven came and picked her up again just before teatime.
