I caught a bus to town. Slow journey because of various road works along Queensferry Road. Not a very successful trip: I discovered that the post office on Frederick street has closed down, my search for a new pair of winter boots failed, and so did my search for a new address book.
Decided to do some tidying in the garden in the afternoon, but it started raining as soon as I got out there. Discovered the greenhouse door has blown down again!
