Kizilay

Kizilay means (Turkish) Red Crescent but it also the name of a district in Ankara, recently famous for the protests. You can see one of them with many people taking part but also watching or just passing by.

I had major difficulties getting into metro/subway (the major station in the city where two metro lines cross) as many of the entrances were closed. Not to mentions that teargas was still perceptible at the station.
