O Christmas Tree...

A grey day of weather, and we had a short wander in Leigh just to get out of the house!  Found ourselves in St Clements Church which is a lovely place to be, so much history, and surprised to see they still have 2 Christmas trees up!

Had a parcel delivered this afternoon from the Christmas sales, and then had to take a walk to the post office to return 2 items so at least that's done and out of the way!

Also heard some very sad news today from our friends who used to live next door, their 15 year old daughter who has Down's Syndrome, suffered a stroke on Wednesday night and is currently in hospital under critical care.  The nicest family you could ever meet and we're just praying for a positive outcome - why do bad things happen to good people? A very sad end to the week.
