Fishcakes, warm tomato and onion salad, spinach, mushrooms.  Or it was. It was very good.

I had my stitches out today. Hurrah. I'd managed to pull them all running so while the incision has healed the surrounding area is still a bit tender but the nurse wasn't worried, and most importantly, didn't tell me off.

Other than that quite a good day. It was helpful being at home, a bit less frantic if no less busy. I might even get through my weeks list tomorrow.
