A very cold walk!

After breakfast we walked from Seasalter to Castle Coote bird sanctuary and back. 

It was really cold and the wind was blowing in off the sea but the sky was stunningly blue and clear. We didn't see many people along there, other than some birdwatchers. There were some cute sheep though. (See extra) and then we ate lunch at The Sportsman.

Then it was back to the hotel for the evening. After an hour or two we had a very relaxed supper of cheese and wine in a lovely quiet area of the bar. I say area, it was a whole room to ourselves (another extra)
