Latin Special

The new term has started again for the band. We are focusing on latin tunes - to be memories and played without the music. Quite fun! 
Earlier I went shopping with Katya. I normally hate clothes shopping with a vengeance but after several years of avoiding buying stuff my wardrobe was tired to say the least. The girls have given me a shopping voucher for Christmas and booked me for a personnel shopper at John Lewis. I was nervous but, it was their present to me and I wanted to honor it. In fact it was fine, sipping prosecco with Katya in the "styling suite" while someone else chose clothes for me to try. The assistant was brilliant at knowing straight away what would fit and what wouldn't and picked stuff that I wouldn't even have looked at but ended working really well on me. I also liked that she she never pushed, and chose items which were reduced. Not something I could ever have imagined myself doing, and probably won't do again but I picked up some tips and will know better what to look for on vinted, or charity shops if I need anything.
