A day of Teams meeting with other Treasure Houses. All of them have bigger teams than me, and have managed to offload their bookings. One has 17 people in the marketing team (we have 2.5), one of who’s dedicated solely to education!

Late afternoon another of Roger’s friends came to look at the guitars. He was so complimentary! He wants to buy one but can’t make up his mind, so I’ve sent him a copy of the database  so he can think about it.
