Snow or hail?

This was definitely snow, but later it hailed what looked like little polystyrene balls, wasn’t venturing out for a photo! 

I got to work very early so that I could leave if it snowed, and as Sue (she popped in for. Coffee) sat chatting it started to fall. So, we both ventured home, me with a huge bag of paperwork so that I can work from home for the next couple of days.
