Man alive! Never rains but it pours - literally!

Got up, went down to the kitchen, turned the tap on and I heard a clunk as the tap fell forward. It had come loose from the worktop.

Went out to do a survey, came back to water in the utility room- not from the tap! There’s a little drain thing on one of the pipes that has suddenly started leaking.

My dad came to my rescue - tap secured and a small hose on the drain thing leading to a bucket (temporary measure!)!!!

Don’t know what I’d do without my dad!
